Les associations de d\u00e9fense des droits portent l&rsquo;affaire en justice &#8211; \u00e9couter notamment les audios de France Bleu H\u00e9rault]\n<\/strong>\n&nbsp;\n\u00c0 la SNCF de Montpellier on envoie des SMS racistes, on diffuse des chants n\u00e9onazis selon le site d&rsquo;informations en ligne Mediapart et ce dans les locaux de la s\u00fbret\u00e9 ferroviaire. On y maltraite \u00e9galement des passagers magr\u00e9bins. Des faits, des manquements qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9s par le d\u00e9ontologue de la SNCF zone M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e venus en f\u00e9vrier 2013 \u00e0 Montpellier. Il l&rsquo;aurait confirm\u00e9 par une enqu\u00eate interne sans qu&rsquo;aucune sanction d&rsquo;ailleurs ne soit prise contre les agents incrimin\u00e9s. Un des agents de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe en aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 lui-m\u00eame victime au point de s&rsquo;\u00eatre plusieurs fois mis en maladie.\n&nbsp;\n<strong>La direction et son pr\u00e9sident Guillaume P\u00e9py ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s \u00e0 plusieurs reprises.
