Actuellement on ne peut plus dire que c&rsquo;est le grand froid qui occasionne ces indisponibilt\u00e9s. Il y a certainement autre chose. Cet autre chose c&rsquo;est la non volont\u00e9 de cette direction SNCF de mettre des moyens en oeuvre pour la ligne des C\u00e9vennes. Bizarrement, pour d&rsquo;autres lignes elle peut trouver des solutions de pr\u00eat de mat\u00e9riel roulant aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;autres r\u00e9gions pour remplacer le sien d\u00e9faillant.\n&nbsp;\n<a
