Le premier festival Les Arches avait eu lieu en cl\u00f4ture des c\u00e9l\u00e9brations d&rsquo;anniversaire \u00e0 Chapeauroux \/ Le Nouveau Monde, \u00e0 cheval sur les deux r\u00e9gions Occitanie et Auvergne Rh\u00f4ne Alpes avec un bon succ\u00e8s.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nPour la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition, toujours gratuite pour le public, il avait \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi \u00e0 l&rsquo;unanimit\u00e9 Chamborigaud dans les C\u00e9vennes. Plusieurs r\u00e9unions de pr\u00e9paration eurent lieu et c&rsquo;est confiante que l&rsquo;association se dirigeait vers la date fatidique du 20 ao\u00fbt, la programmation et l&rsquo;organisation c\u00f4t\u00e9 spectacles \u00e9tait confi\u00e9e \u00e0 la Compagnie du L\u00e9zard de Mende, les seules inconnues \u00e9taient bien s\u00fbr la participation du public ainsi que la m\u00e9t\u00e9o, temp\u00e9ratures caniculaires d&rsquo;ao\u00fbt ou \u00e9pisode c\u00e9venol anticip\u00e9.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nSur ces deux points le groupe des Fr\u00e8res Jacquard plac\u00e9 en final de journ\u00e9e d\u00e9nombrait entre 2000 et 3000 personnes et il \u00e9tait refus\u00e9 du monde pour le premier spectacle d\u00e8s le matin 10 heures ! Quant \u00e0 la m\u00e9t\u00e9o on ne pouvait esp\u00e9rer mieux, pas de canicule, peu de vent, une temp\u00e9rature agr\u00e9able. Donc tr\u00e8s bonne \u00e9dition. Le Conseil coll\u00e9gial de l&rsquo;association va se r\u00e9unir en septembre pour d\u00e9cider de l&rsquo;avenir du festival qu&rsquo;elle finance \u00e0 100%, et les subventions sont de plus en plus difficiles \u00e0 obtenir.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nLe foyer rural du village accueillait une expo d&rsquo;objets, de photos sur le ferroviaire qui eut elle aussi un bon succ\u00e8s.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nNous n&rsquo;allons pas refaire le compte-rendu photos que l&rsquo;on peut consulter <a href=\"https:\/\/vivele.traincevenol.eu\/le-festival-des-arches\/\"><strong>ici<\/strong><\/a>.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nLa SNCF avait fait un effort en ajoutant un train sp\u00e9cial pour l&rsquo;aller depuis N\u00eemes. Aucun train en soir\u00e9e pour le retour malheureusement et cela imposait pour certains un h\u00e9bergement sur place le soir du 20.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nLe Vice-pr\u00e9sident de la r\u00e9gion Occitanie charg\u00e9 des mobilit\u00e9s passa un long moment sur place l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi. Nous p\u00fbmes aborder avec Jean-Luc Gibelin les diff\u00e9rentes questions actuelles concernant les lignes du Massif central.
